Terms of sale (B2B)

Plain terms for trade buyers. Nothing here overrides what is stated on your quotation or order confirmation — where they differ, the signed documents govern.

Trade supply only

We sell to companies — importers, distributors and private-label brands. We do not sell to consumers and we do not accept orders below the MOQ stated for a model. Requests that are clearly consumer orders are declined.

Quotations

Prices are quoted for the models, quantities and packaging you name. The validity period is stated on the quotation; carton data and packing details are confirmed with it.

Samples

Sample cost and sample lead time are quoted per project. Sample charges are discussed against your first production order.

Orders and production

Production starts once the order and the specification or artwork are confirmed in writing. Lead time is confirmed per order, against the models and quantities on it.

Inspection

You are welcome to inspect the goods yourself, or to appoint a third-party inspection company. Quantities and carton data are confirmed before the goods leave.

Shipping and terms

We quote FOB, or as otherwise agreed on the quotation, and ship with your forwarder or ours. Payment terms are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice.

Claims

Send any quantity or quality claim to sales@wiliheng.com with photographs and the carton labels. Every batch carries a production record in our own system, and we check claims against that record.
