The factory
Yangjiang Wiliheng Knives Co., Ltd is an OEM/ODM cutlery and kitchenware factory in Yangjiang, Guangdong, making knives, shears, kitchen tools, silicone mats and 304 tableware for importers, distributors and private-label brands. Manufacturing since 2018, with 43 production steps and 40 machines in house (including 20 CNC machining centres); minimum order 500 pcs per model, quote within 24 hours on working days. Everything that decides how a knife cuts and lasts is done on one site: blade blanking, heat treatment (2 annealing + 2 tempering furnaces, Rockwell testing), grinding, CNC machining, finishing and assembly. Nothing is subcontracted.

What we do in-house
The factory route for a standard model runs 43 recorded process steps; each batch is logged in our own production system.
Blades & heat treatment
Blanking, annealing and tempering in our own furnaces, with hardness verified on our Rockwell tester and recorded per batch.
Grinding
Vertical and water grinders for bevels, primary edges and mirror polishing — the step most factories outsource and most buyers complain about.
Machining
CNC machining centres plus drilling, pivot and spring-pin work for liner locks, frame locks and fixed-blade kitchen knives.
Finishes
Stonewash, sandblast, titanium coating, etching, anodising and laser engraving — your logo cut into the blade, not printed on the box.
Handles & assembly
Wood, G10/FRN, die-cast and injection-moulded handles, assembled and inspected in-house.
Private label
Your steel spec, your handle material, your packaging and your branding — including low-volume trial runs.
Quality and export compliance
In-process checks
Hardness tested against the model's HRC specification, edge geometry checked after grinding, blade-to-handle fit and lock engagement checked at assembly.
Pre-shipment inspection
Carton data, quantity, packing and labelling are confirmed before the goods leave. Third-party inspection is welcome — arrange your own or ask us to cooperate with your agent.
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, FOB documents and the compliance certificates your market requires — tell us the destination and we will confirm what we can issue.
Watch the line — cutting to packing
Raw footage from our own workshop in Yangjiang — cutting, heat treatment, grinding, CNC, assembly, QC and packing. No stock video, no voice-over.
Arrange an inspection or a visit
Third-party inspection is welcome, and visiting buyers are shown the line — not a meeting room.
