Who we are
Yangjiang Wiliheng Knives Co., Ltd, a knife and houseware manufacturer in Yangjiang, Guangdong, China. For anything on this page, write to sales@wiliheng.com.
What this website collects
This website is a static brochure. It has no contact forms, no shopping cart, no user accounts and it sets no cookies of its own. We do not run analytics on it.
The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us — an email or WhatsApp message containing your name, company and the enquiry. If you download our line card, we receive nothing.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, quote prices and, if you order, to fulfil the order.
- To keep a record of the business relationship (contract, invoices, export documents).
- Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Where the GDPR applies, we process business contact data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry and, once an order exists, to perform the contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to two years. Order, invoice and export records: as long as tax and customs rules require.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (unless we must keep it for tax or customs reasons). You can also ask us to stop contacting you — every email we send has a one-word opt-out, and it is honoured permanently. Write to sales@wiliheng.com and we will action it.
Advertising measurement
If we later run advertising (for example Google Ads) that measures which ad brought a visitor, the tags involved may set cookies. That will be listed in this section, and where consent is required (EU/UK visitors) it will be asked for before any such tag loads. As of the date above, no advertising or analytics tags are installed on this site.
Hosting
The site is served by GitHub Pages. Like any web server, it may record the IP address and browser of visitors in its own logs for security and availability purposes; we do not have access to, or use, those logs for marketing.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
