What we do in-house

40 machines on site — 20 of them CNC — and everything that decides how a knife feels and lasts is done by us. No subcontracted workshops, no third party between you and the line.

Blades & heat treatment

Blanking, annealing and tempering in our own 2 annealing and 2 tempering furnaces, with hardness verified on our Rockwell tester and recorded per batch.

Grinding

5 vertical grinders and 10 water grinders for bevels, primary edges and mirror polishing — the step most factories outsource and most buyers complain about.

Machining

20 CNC machining centres, plus drilling, pivot and spring-pin work for liner locks, frame locks and fixed-blade kitchen knives.

Finishes

Stonewash, sandblast, titanium coating, etching, anodising and laser engraving — your logo cut into the blade, not printed on the box.

Handles & assembly

Wood, G10/FRN, die-cast and injection-moulded handles, assembled and inspected in-house.

Private label

Your steel spec, your handle material, your packaging and your branding — including low-volume trial runs.

Factory pricing within 24 hours, then samples of the actual production build for your approval.

Blade, heat treatment, grinding, machining, finishing, assembly and QC on one site.

Packing & shipping

Your packaging or ours, carton data confirmed before shipment, FOB or your forwarder.

Sample cost and lead time are quoted per project — we would rather give you a real number than a marketing one.

Common questions from buyers

Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are the factory. Our plant is in Yangjiang, Guangdong, and the blades are blanked, heat treated, ground, machined and assembled on the same site. You are welcome to visit, or to arrange a third-party inspection.

What is your minimum order quantity?

500 pcs per model. A first order of a single model is normal; for mixed assortments we look at the total quantity.

Do you make private label — our brand?

Yes. Your logo can be laser-engraved on the blade and the handle, and we pack in your own artwork: colour boxes, blisters or protective sleeves.

Do you sell to consumers?

No. We supply importers, distributors and brands only — orders below the MOQ for a model are not accepted, and we do not ship single units.

How do you quote and ship?

Send the models and quantities and you get factory pricing within 24 hours. We quote FOB and ship with your forwarder or ours, with the packing list and carton data confirmed before the goods leave.
